Frankfurt, Germany, is one of the largest cities in Germany, as well as one of the most influential cities as a trade and financial center, bringing many business travelers to the city every year from all over the world. Many of Europe's major corporations are based in Frankfurt.Business travelers aren't the only visitors to Frankfurt, as the city is also known for its many cultural attractions and annual festivals. The city suffered major damage in World War II, so although the city's history can be traced back for centuries, much of the historical architecture was replaced with more modern structures.
